What you’ll be doing
Tired of predictable workdays? As a Senior Finance & Risk Consultant at Marble, you’ll embrace variety and challenge. If you’re currently at the Big 4, we will offer you a fresh perspective. You’ll shift to ‘the other side of the table’: an inspiring and dynamic side, where a whole new world opens up for you. Your solid financial background becomes a powerful tool for guiding businesses as they conquer new markets.
At Marble, we don’t conduct audits – we perfect the process. You’ll be the crucial link between auditors and clients, and thanks to your ability to speak ‘both’ languages, you add immense value and find the right balance where all stakeholders are satisfied. We transform insights into action, implementing process optimizations that drive real results. Your knack for connection will make you an indispensable asset to client teams.
You’ll tackle complex accounting challenges head-on, from IFRS conversions for IPO-bound companies to elevating finance departments to international scale-up standards. We value your ability to spot automation opportunities and implement effective tools. Your strength lies in being a process expert with a comprehensive understanding of internal controls.

Craft cash flow forecasts and business plans that stand up to scrutiny
Navigate audits from the client's perspective, bridging gaps between auditors and clients
Spot risks before they become problems, building robust control frameworks
Transform internal controls from theory to practice
Design reporting processes that deliver insights, not just data
Keep 'actuals vs budget' in check, steering daily financial operations
Mentor junior Marbles and your client teams, shaping the next generation of finance professionals

What you’ll be bringing

Of course, a stellar personality needs a solid foundation. Your toolkit should include:
A completed WO Master’s degree in business economics, business administration, accountancy or related field
4+ years at a Big 4 firm OR significant experience in an (international) scale-up's finance team
Bonus points for combined audit and business experience
Fluency in Dutch and English
